3. Prohibited Content (NSFW)

You are strictly prohibited from using Cosmos3AI to generate the following types of content:

•Adult content, sexually explicit material, or nudity of any kind

•Any content involving minors in sexual or inappropriate contexts

•Content promoting violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate speech

•Defamatory, harassing, or threatening content targeting real individuals

•Misinformation, deepfakes, or content designed to deceive

•Any other NSFW content deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are the in-platform currency used for generating images and videos. The following terms apply:

•Credits are non-transferable between accounts

•Purchased credits never expire

•All purchases are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy

•We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable prior notice

•Credits consumed in failed generations due to platform errors may be refunded at our discretion

5. Intellectual Property

The Cosmos3AI platform, interface, branding, and original content are the property of Cosmos3AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The underlying Cosmos 3 Super model is provided by NVIDIA under its open model license. Cosmos3AI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with NVIDIA Corporation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with the NVIDIA Cosmos model license.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmos3AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or AI-generated content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited content generation, attempt to abuse or manipulate the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Terminated accounts forfeit remaining credits without refund.
